The hotel was in an excellent location as it was very close to shopping and food options and the train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning as there was a tasty variety of food, Japanese and western items. I also used the laundry facilities as well which worked out well for us. The room was comfortable even though the bathroom seemed tight compared to other bathrooms in hotels that I have stayed at in Japan. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for value and location.

The room is big enough for 2 people with 2 large luggage. Nice breakfast and helpful staff. Close to shopping malls and different restaurants, and subway/ JR stations as well.

Very close to the railway station. The room is clean and the size is big enough. The complimentary breakfast is nice. But not much store is near the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Hotel is close to the train station and bus transport. Handy to the supermarket on street level of the Hospital Building and the meals we bought can be heated on the 2nd floor microwave. Also in the train station a good place to eat B1 had an Italian name but great value meals. You can get 1000 yen all day pass for multiple bus trips so we visited all the Temples and Shrines and Wakayama Castle. Lisa is an English speaking worker at the train station & is so helpful.
