Hilton Vacation Club Ka'anapali Beach Maui
10/10 Excellent
"The breakfast was not very good, but everything else was outstanding. The breakfast is only $25 but there are better options available including cooking your own as the rooms due have cooking utensils in them which is nice if you’re with your family."
"We had a great stay. Staff friendly, restaurant/lounge affordable and yummy. The only thing that would have been nice would be to have a broom/dustpan in room as you don’t get daily housekeeping."
"This resort is in the ‘Goldie Locks’ zone, not too small, not too big. Loved the pool area. Beautiful, with water at the perfect temperature. Hot tub had message jets. There was an endless supply of dry towels. Music every night was great, enjoyed from the pool deck or our balcony. The room came with a mini fridge and microwave which was fantastic for us. Shower was nice, but could use a bit more pressure. Umbrella and chair rental for beach trips was inexpensive, and they worked very well. Pickle ball courts were regulation, but totally in the direct sun. Parking was always available, but most parking spots on Maui are so narrow they are hard to get in and out of.
Overall, great experience I would happily repeat."
"The staff was very kind and friendly, especially the airport shuttle driver and restaurant staff. The airport shuttle was a major reason why we booked here; very convenient if you don't want to deal with driving/renting. Unfortunately the hotel pool was closed, which we had been wanting to use. Despite the name of the hotel, there isn't a great beach close to it. The closest beach was right next to a busy harbor with cruise ships and other vessels. And the location of our room was very noisy (next to the main street), so it was hard to sleep at all."
"We loved the Westin. We can't wait to go back. The beds were so comfortable and the rooms and bathrooms were spotless. The restaurants on the property were excellent. I would definitely suggest going to the luau and fire show at the Westin. Thank you for such a wonderful vacation."
"Property is so old and the room was so unclean.
Walls and cabinets and floor was really dirty.
The Ritz Carlton is not what I thought it would be. Won’t go back"
"Great time and wonderful staff, restaurants were very good. Only thing that could have been better is alittle cleaner like the halls going to the rooms but other than that everything was great!"
