It was a complete satisfactory experience, I only realised when I left that I hadn't had to alter anything heating of room or water temperature, it was perfect, and well situated for the Beach

The extra large room was enormous and very suitable for four adults. It was well equipped and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely amazing! We hadn't booked in advance but are glad we decided to stay. There was soo much choice.

I took my girlfriend to Bruges for her 24th birthday and chose the best western for its decor and room size not expecting much. What we actually got was the nicest hotel we have stayed in not just for size of room etc but the friendly nature of the hotel staff and their willingness to help out. They offer a great deal on taxis and a bus shuttle so your only a matter of minutes from Bruges. The restaurant was exceptional as we had the steak and it was quite literally the nicest steak we had ever...

Superb hotel in every way. Lovely clean facilities with nice spacious spaces.romm was excellent with a nice balcony. The breakfast was worth it. Very good choice

Cannot fault this hotel. The staff were fantastic and the amenities great. All things thought of for all ages, the spa, the pool, the games room and the ball pit. Truly something for everyone. Great place to stay if you’re visiting Brugge and have access to a car or the coastal tram for beaches and sights.

Staff were helpful room was well equipped for the budget class. Bit of a walk from centre, but reflected in rate. Good parking for our car with a roof box. Breakfast was great and bed was best bed I’ve slept in at a hotel

We love coming to the Prado and it's location is great. The staff are very helpful and friendly, the breakfast is great and the hotel is spotlessly clean. We will come back again, later in the year.

After reading mixed reviews, we were hesitant before we arrived. That said, once we arrived and checked in any concerns quickly disappeared. The building is not a purpose built hotel property and once that is understood the rest falls into place. It is Art Deco, high ceilings, large foyer stately home which has lots of history. Hotel was clean, rooms spotless, staff were helpful and friendly, answering any travel and hotel questions we had. The included breakfast was delicious and generous with a wide selection. Couldn’t believe it’s only a 3 star hotel, felt like a 4 and a half. Would book again. Thanku for making our stay enjoyable.
