It was a complete satisfactory experience, I only realised when I left that I hadn't had to alter anything heating of room or water temperature, it was perfect, and well situated for the Beach

The extra large room was enormous and very suitable for four adults. It was well equipped and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely amazing! We hadn't booked in advance but are glad we decided to stay. There was soo much choice.

Stayed overnight and didn't arrive until 4am but the receptionist was still very accommodating and friendly. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Never disappoints

I took my girlfriend to Bruges for her 24th birthday and chose the best western for its decor and room size not expecting much. What we actually got was the nicest hotel we have stayed in not just for size of room etc but the friendly nature of the hotel staff and their willingness to help out. They offer a great deal on taxis and a bus shuttle so your only a matter of minutes from Bruges. The restaurant was exceptional as we had the steak and it was quite literally the nicest steak we had ever...

Cannot fault this hotel. The staff were fantastic and the amenities great. All things thought of for all ages, the spa, the pool, the games room and the ball pit. Truly something for everyone. Great place to stay if you’re visiting Brugge and have access to a car or the coastal tram for beaches and sights.

We love coming to the Prado and it's location is great. The staff are very helpful and friendly, the breakfast is great and the hotel is spotlessly clean. We will come back again, later in the year.

Hotel was lovely. Marco was very helpful and served a great breakfast. Room was large size, comfortable. Would stay again.

Excellent location, right on the Seafront. Car park 2 min walk away. Did not have breakfast but they offer free Coffee all day. Rooms compact and adequate. Clean. Staff very friendly!
