Well after all my years booking hotels with Expedia and having the best quality of service, this time unfortunately is the opposite. Vista loca made me pay 150£ threatening me that they will call the police after being cleaning the room and found out that the legs of one table in the room were broken. After trying to explain to the receptionist that I did not even use the kitchen, not use the table, just going to the room to sleep, the receptionist called me that I had to pay for the table, without any proof and without any chance to let me explain, the table was already replaced plus that table it wasn't in the room, it was something different. Don't make me wrong its just one table from Ikea 20£ plus 4 legs 10£ but the way how she was accusing us of broking a table that the cleaner saw apparently when they removed the table to clean the floor, And without any proof, we left the room in the morning at 10 am and when we come back at 17h the table was broken, such a coincidence that the last day that we have to go the table was broken, we didn't even drink or eat in the room. We felt that they were threatening us very bad service.

Good but not great…

We stayed here for two nights and the room had an amazing view. However, the hotel was at the top of a VERY steep (very) hill/roads, and van service was limited hours and at a cost. The bathroom was a bit tight to shower in and if you’re not used to showering with a hand held shower head, water will be everywhere. Highly recommend the water taxi to sight see in the Old Port, never rely on the taxis. They do not take advanced calls (we called an hour before our Delos trip ferry) and then called nearly ever 5 minutes until we gave up and took the water taxi. Staff was welcoming when we arrived but pretty much nonexistent until check out and wasn’t helpful when we asked for their help with taxis. Other than that, the Old Port was nice to see - very crowded and at night forget dinner if you don’t have reservations. Lastly, highly recommend the day trip to Delos. Amazing experience.

Très bonne expérience. Gentillesse du personnel, qualité de la résidence par rapport au tarif proposé. Facilité du check-in (avant l'heure) et de check-out. Je recommande sans détour.

Preciosas vistas

Nuestra habitación era con vistas al mar y tenía una enorme terraza. Te dan el Transfer gratis, tanto a la llegada como a la salida. Elena la recepcionista te da información de lo que necesites. Todo muy limpio. El único pero es la enorme cuesta que hay que subir/ bajar para acceder al hotel. Hay una parada de seabus y autobuses justo abajo de la cuesta que te llevan al pueblo, old Port, estación de autobuses y playas. El new port está muy cerca.

Superbe

Superbe accueil et communication pour l’arrivée. Le chauffeur nous attendait à l’aéroport. Elena est très sympathique et on s’est tout de suite sentis à la maison. L’appartement est très spacieux avec grandes terrasses et très bien équipé. Très belle vue. Très proche du port si vous avez un ferry à prendre et une plage agréable à 10-15 minutes à pied. Resto et supermarché en bas de la colline. A recommander !

Beautiful hôtel

Personnel bienveillant, j'y suis restée 1 nuit. Hôtel très propre, 20mn a pied du centre mais la route n'est pas idéal pour marcher, un arrêt de bus en bas de l'hôtel. L'hôtel est en hauteur donc vaut mieux être en forme pour la montée mais la vue vaut l'effort

Amazing value for money

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vista Loca. Fantastic location just outside the city. You can get the seabus for €2 each way just at the bottom of the hill. Views over the new port are incredible, you get the most gorgeous sunset. Katerina was an amazing host, recommending places to eat and go visit, nothing was ever too much trouble. We had a few problems with water pressure for the shower but after a quick contact it was resolved within a few minutes. Would defo stay again.

Impromptu Discovery

Lovely quirky place that was a very pleasant and enjoyable place to stay. The host at reception was very pleasant and helpful too. Although our stay was an impromptu one, I think we discovered a little gem.

Appartement confortable et spacieux avec vue sur le nouveau port. Navette gratuite depuis ou vers le port et l’aeroport sur demande. Accueil sympathique. Navette fluviale à 5mn à pied pour Mykonos ( 2eur par personne)
