This was a very convenient place to stay and a great price for the location! It is in a busy spot, so not the place you would choose for peace and quiet outdoors per say, but great for a place to crash for visiting/nearby events..etc when you are planning to spend most of your time out and about. The parking lot is pretty tight, but the owners were great at compensating your needs for extended use if needed (just would recommend using a compact vehicle if you have that option). The place was clean and did not smell like smoke (we chose a non-smoking option, but read reviews that complained it smelt like smoke, we did not have that issue). I did notice a similar issue with the bedframes seeming a little larger than the mattress, but our room did advertise doubles (not queens as another reviewer complianed). This was not a big deal to us, but would be cautious as to not hit your legs walking around. Overall I enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again in the future for fun nearby events!

1st We booked this room for lake view. Only the be on the end very last room at the street. 2nd beds was not queens. the frame was queen but mattresses was full size. metal bed frame sticking out completely around bed. had to be very careful not to get hurt. 3rd door was extreamly damaged 1 inch gap at the bottom. had to put a towel down just to keep out light and heat. 4th parking lot was a complete nightmare. No light in main room only bed lamps. Drop cord run from across room under bed to night stand. Shower curtain hanging down. Curtain would slide to the middle. Toillet run all the time. Had to buy mattress toppers just to make bed somewhat sleepable. Had to buy a large fan for the noise to cancel out outside noise due to door broken. Its was our 31st Anniversary and we didnt enjoy ourselfs at all. Worse 2 days so far

The property owner and his wife were very nice and went under the way to accommodate me and my children although it’s not a five star hotel the owner and his wife made me feel very comfortable and safe and accommodated me in every way possible. Two blocks from the beach, very convenient very clean. Recommend for a place to sleep.

I am so glad I stayed at this hotel! This place is very clean, you can tell they really put in a lot of work, daily, to keep it as nice as it is. The staff is so incredibly friendly, every person i encountered was awesome! The view from my room was beautiful, i would definitely recommend staying here!

Very sketchy environment. Homeless hanging out in front of rooms. People at front desk approached my husband and ask him who he was and why he was there? Pool was for the owners family only... Arguments about drug deals out in parking lot. Oh and don't drive a nice car and park in there parking lot. It will get damaged!
