"Didn't have a great experience checking in. There were three of us travelling and we had two bottles of alcohol that were purchased from duty free at the airport. The bottles were wrapped and unopened and we did not intend to open them, they were gifts to take back home. The security guard who was checking our bags through the scanner said we were only allowed one bottle per room. He also lied and told another staff member that we had four bottles. We can only assume that he wanted to drink the bottle himself because the female staff member checking us in said we could have two bottles per room, not one. We have never heard of that rule before and how are tourists supposed to know such a thing if it is not specified at the time of booking. Besides that experience, the staff during breakfast was very polite. "

"Lovely property with spacious accommodations. Staff is gracious and attentive. Breakfast and teatime were delightful. Kids loved learning a bit of pottery."

"The whole hotel gives luxury vibes. The staff is very polite and helpful. The rooms were large and very spacious. The property is beautiful with many picturesque spots. Few things which can be improved - 1. The bed linens’ quality and cleanliness can be improved. The pillow covers were a bit small for the pillows and the comforter cover had stains on it near the leg. They also looked very old and could be refreshed. 2. During last two days, there was a shoot going on. It created a lot of disruption by blocking the walkways and some of the activities like horse riding being cancelled due to it. Management could provide additional services or discounts to compensate for such occasions, if avoiding such shoots during guest occupy is not possible."
