average hotel, no wifi
Big difference between 4 and 5 stars in India. With this 4 star hotel expect things like no WiFi working, worker in our room on break when we entered room. Passports took awhile to be returned, choices at breakfast limited but edible. Decent hotel but not in place on hotels.com map so in wrong location for us.
As much as the hotel looks beautiful from outside and the lovely scenery surrounding it. We struggled to find it as it was far away from the main city. The service is as much worse especialy the night service. Overall room condition is below my expectations. I feel It is important to notify you all to ensure the food is safe to consume and chefs are up to standard (hint!)
The enterance hall is nice. Set up looks nice but i suppose this is to attract people. A/c was blowing dusty air. Night staff was rude. I had to teach them hospitality manners & and how to deal with guest complaints etc at 2am. Bedroom table was sticky. Staff need professional training.
Although the hotel looks very nice from the outside, nice well kept gardens, it has seen it's best days. It seems their main business is tourist buses in need of an overnight stay. The first night we stayed at the hotel we were the only guests which was a strange feeling, but as we approached the weekend more guests were joining. If you like nice and quiet this hotel will do. It is a bit isolated, but you can easily reach all the good sights in the area (by cab)

Good hotel but poor service
The only good part about this property is its lawn, which is amazing.
The service quality is poor. We were not offered any welcome drinks and no one was very welcoming during the check-in time.
Food quality is also very average.
This is a wonderful hotel set in spectacular grounds and as you wait in the lobby expectations are high. Then you see the room... stains on bed clothes and towels, unwashed windows, a general air of uncleanliness. Room service is very slow and often bring incorrect items. This hotel probably has more than 100 rooms, but we were the only people there! There were noisy corporate parties in the evening. Despite asking specifically for a quiet room with a view, we were right next to the reception area and have never stayed in a noisier room. When we asked if we could be moved to a room on one of the other floors we were told a definite 'no'. I would not recommend this hotel.
