"I was on a business trip, very comfortable stay, my room was spotless, with fresh linens and housekeeping was very attentive. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always accommodating. The breakfast at the Tea Lounge is excellent, with a generous and varied buffet featuring South Indian, North Indian, and continental options. The location was very convenient, situated in Goregaon West close to several corporate and IT hubs, making commuting easy and efficient."

"The hotel may look new and clean, but that’s where the good part ends. The service here is absolutely terrible. The staff has no clue what they’re doing — every simple request needed 3–5 reminder calls, all day long. No professionalism, no interest, and zero courtesy. Food service is a joke. Minimum 2 hours for any meal, and even then they manage to deliver the wrong items. Overall, a very disappointing stay. The hotel desperately needs proper staff training. Until then, I absolutely would not recommend this place."

The Lighthouse turned out to be absolutely perfect. It’s a peaceful haven just outside the chaos of Mumbai, a true sanctuary of beauty and calm. The property itself is stunning, so much so that I hardly left during my stay. Every corner feels thoughtfully designed and full of care. But what made the experience truly special was the staff. Every single person I met was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. Whatever I needed, they helped with such sincerity and grace. I felt completely safe, seen, and cared for here. It’s rare to find a place that feels both luxurious and like home, but The Lighthouse manages to do exactly that. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon."
