The owners of the property were very welcoming, but unfortunately our French is limited, so we didn’t have too much interaction with them. Breakfast was good (croissants, yogurt, cereal, bread, some meat and jams with juice and coffee). The furnishings in the room were high quality but it would have been nice to have a fridge, coffee machine and some glasses. Le Clos de Anges is a lovely Guest House is finished to a very high standard. The decor was beautiful and a lot of thought has gone into making this a very special place indeed. A rare find . The owner Gale spent a lot of time making sure our stay was a special one even arranging food for us when we arrived later the expected. It is very close to Lyon and the Autoroute so ideally situated. We will definitely return.

Seamless check in - polite & v pleasant staff member on reception who gave us information & directions with regard to charging the car & places to eat as it was a Sunday night & not many places open. Excellent large room ideal for us travelling with our dog. Dog bowls & toy also provided in the room which was a nice touch along with a complimentary bottle of water & well stocked coffee & tea facilities. Beautiful hotel with super friendly staff. Such a lovely environment for a short break. Great pool and lovely rooms. Didn’t get to use Spa but hopefully will on our next visit
