Not quite located where i thought but great view from the roof.

Breakfast is good, dinner is beautiful. Transfer to the ski lift is free of charge. Transfer is possible any day and anytime you need. Every evening the owner of hotel is greeting the guests and interesting about their staying.

Everything was exceptional from the pleasant staff to the clean hotel. Beautiful air condtioned room and a great breakfast. The garden is a beautiful quiet area and the bouldering room is a great little place

The hotel and its staff in our opinion were excellent. The hotel is well positioned on the main road into Riva, so is easy to find. It is a short walk to the Lake and nearest beach, about 150m. Beautiful gardens (and well maintained) surround the swimming pool, plenty of shade around the pool but also plenty of sun for those wanting to tan. In our view the Hotel could not be faulted for its cleanliness and very high standards of service that it offered. It is certainly deserving of its 4 Star...

Stayed in Arco for 3 days. Great to get away from hustle of Riva del Garda whilst still being very close to Lago di Garda. Other smaller lakes (Tenno, Ledro) nearby well worth a visit. Minutes walk away from cathedral and town centre with great restaurant recommendations. Tennis club with clay and indoor courts also very close. Staff very helpful in advising best places to go. Fantastic hiking routes and proximity to Parco Naturale Adamello Brenta. Highly recommend.

The hotel has a very nice location, very quiet and surrounded by nature, it’s a 10/15 mins walk only from the center. Very nice and available staff, the hotel is very well organized with a private transport service that drives you to the main ski lifts in a couple of minutes. Nice and cozy wellness spa area, very good continental breakfast and restaurant. We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The grounds are beautiful and very well looked after. The staff are friendly and the restaurant at the hotel serves good food. The hotel has an excellent spa and gym perfect to unwind. We found it very usfull that the hotel also had a large underground carpark which is free and very secure. Excellent staff always on the spot and happy to help. The transport offered it is a great advantage, dropping to the required ski-lift everyday. The food quality and service was outstanding, Italian tradition maintained at higher standard including perfectly run restaurant hall.
