"Great stay! Great location! Bus and train is near! Coming from the airport, I took the train to the 1st stop & the walk from there to the hotel was 10 minutes! The staff was lovely, and the actual room was nice!"

"Nice hotel. Perfect for families with kids. It was a nice break for my kids to be able to play in the pool and they had fun with the free arcade games. The gym was clean and big. The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars is because the mattress in our room should be replaced. It was sunken in. There were also some ants in the room. Besides those two issues, everything was great."

Housekeeping kept the room clean and refreshed every day, which made a big difference in our comfort. At one point, I wasn’t feeling well and needed hot water for tea—without hesitation, the staff quickly assisted me with kindness and care. Overall, we are very impressed with the hospitality and attention to detail. The team here clearly takes pride in making guests feel comfortable and supported. We got there and we were informed that they do not have two rooms that they had one appartment.... at the end we had to stayed in an "apartment" with one room that was divided into two by a door. Terrible service. They did not clean the room the second day because they were busy..."

"Location was perfect for us because it was just outside the restricted driving zone with an easy parking garage, yet easy walk to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain as well as many restaurants, shops, etc. Also the metro station was very close. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable with a good size bathroom. Would definitely stay here again. "
