"Staff was very welcoming and graciously held our luggage and then transferred it to our room, as we arrived before check-in time. Room was immaculate and quiet even though we were next to the elevator. The only thing i would change was the room temp - it was fridgid, i think due to the registerlocation in the bedroom, even though we turned the temp up as much as allowed."

The breakfast was quite good with a great selection that included our cappuccinos and also offers mimosas. The location was perfect for our time in Florence! We would definitely stay again."

"Hotel was an 8 minute walk from train station. About 10-15 minute walk from sights, lots of restaurants in area, launderette 5 min walk. Room was small but fine for a few nights. Continental breakfast is included and was sufficient would stay again."
