"We had a wonderful one night stay in this hotel for our family of 4. It was a beautiful and calm and cool Oasis. The room was beautifully cleaned by Maria and the property was beautifully looked after. We loved the breakfast and location with only a short walk to the Duomo. The staff were very helpful. "Florence is a relatively small city so we loved that this property was not in the heart of everything (Duomo) and yet comfortably walkable to get to . We booked the junior room, it was spacious, clean and the bathroom had a lovely rain shower too. The complimentary spa was refreshing to use - we tried the sauna and jacuzzi. Breakfast was a fairly wide spread and the staff were all welcoming and pleasant. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!"

I did not like the check in experience as there is no staff on site and the document links shared are quite complicated to access and fill in"
