Staff was nice, but found our room to be a bit dirty under the couch and on top of the sheets. The floor was cold and there was no slippers provided for the price of the hotel. Breakfast was good, but coffee was ok.

Nice spot. Warm, clean. We loved the Polish bartender who served us drinks at happy hour. And the aurora wake up call was very nice!
