Overall the hotel was of a good quality and our stay was comfortable. The hotel is located very close to the main Vienna station, which is approximate 15/20 minutes travel by public transport from the centre of Vienna. Staff are polite and professional. The room felt new with good a/c, although there were a few stains on the carpets, but nothing to moan about. Rainfall shower was great.

I had a pretty bad experience here. The gym had no weights and the ac was broken. I Was sitting around minding my own business and the hotel guy was hitting on me and asking me for stuff

They didn’t have any phone in the room and They charged me 50 euros for staying an extra hour after checkout! It was super pricey 200 euros per night as well and very tiny. On top of that the ac was really bad and check changing on its own as if on clock

MOOONS was a great hotel for us! It's an excellent location with the best view at their rooftop bar. Not only is the hotel itself great, but the staff was so accommodating. I would recommend MOOONS to anyone traveling locally or from abroad. Honestly, if I ever go back to Vienna, I will definitely be staying there again.
