"My stay was not pleasant at all. I arrived at the reception at 2pm and from the look on receptionist face, it did not look like they had my booking in their system. He confirmed from his GM and I was asked to wait for 30minutes to clean the room b4 checking-in. In 30mins time my room was done but when I entered the room, what I saw was disgusting.stained bed spread and dirty bathroom with fungai growth.
