"I will rate the Hotel 5 stars for customer service, polite and always asking if I was ok. The facility was tidy and recently renovated. I stayed in the upgraded room, with smart TV and internet access. I enjoyed a complimentary access to the Lekki Conservation Centre, 5 mins away. The gym was fully equipped with an instructor. "The property is unsafe. There were insufficient supply of electricity. The manager relocated us to another hotel after few days of stayed and only paid for 8 days out of the 26 days of stay left. Double M received full payment for the entire period of stay. Customer care is very poor and customer safety is not a priority here"
