"Though the room smelled musty at first, it was clean and relatively taken well care of. There was no cooking gas for the stove, so the staff kindly brought us an electric cooker instead. The staff were all very kind and patient with us. 24/7 electricity was almost there. There was a problem with the gen for almost a whole day and they also turned it off on Fridays. "Hotel is grossly misrepresented. Rooms were dusty, the light in the bathroom did not work and the area was very rowdy."

"The hotel is quite nice and comfortable. However, I have some problems with it. The hotel has two receptions and they keep passing you from one to the other and the two are like 2 mins walk away. Then I booked days before however it took about 30min for them to find my booking. This was despite that I paid online. "The customer service at this property was not the best. They claimed they could not find my reservation, which took a long process before they figured it out after giving me the run around. The property also does not have an elevator, which might not be convenient for senior citizens or disabled clients."
