"We paid for a suite but we’re given a superior room instead. The hotel insisted that the price that we paid wouldn’t make up for what they charge for a suite. From a customer service standpoint this was poor. I don’t even think the staff took into consideration that at the time of me booking the room, the exchange rate would have been significantly different from when I had checked in.
