"Great hotel with a large rooftop terrace and medium pool & pool bar. A 20min reasonably flat walk down to the lake. A Ramen, Sushi & supermarket close by. Good breakfast.. nothing fancy but everything you want for a continental breakfast. Lovely breakfast room. Staff at reception very helpful."

"Excellent pool area beautiful view and a great walk into town - not that far but a steep hike walking back which we enjoyed - you could opt for the bus which is free if you stay more than 2 nights but we didnโt need it and walked in and out of town twice per day. It was a lovely room, view, pool, breakfast with great parking - very lovely and we would stay again!"

"This is a lovely, well run hotel in a spectacular location overlooking the Lake. The rooms were very comfortable and modern with Tea and coffee making facilities. We booked the Lake view room with a balcony and it was really special to wake up in the morning, pull back the curtains to that great view. We stayed 3 nights and ate in the hotel restaurant each night as the food was so good. The Pizzas are amazing and huge,I tried, but no way could I eat it all. There is a lovely rooftop terrace with amazing views and a swimming pool, but unfortunately the weather wasn't kind to us so we did not get to use them. The staff are very welcoming and pleasant. The one thing that stands out is that the hotel is located up at the top of a very steep hill and it is not for the faint hearted to drive up the narrow road with switchback bends and very steep gradients. Parking is limited and the spaces very small and narrow so you have to park carefully between the lines, not great if you are of a larger frame, it could pose a challenge getting in and out of your vehicle unless it is a small one. However, none of this should put you off in any way, just passing on our experience. We had a lovely stay here and I would very highly recommend it as a spectacular base to tour the Lakes as we did. Thank you Hotel Stampa, we will return."

"The room was clean but under the bed was very dusty. A handle fell off the door to the balcony. Reported this to reception and it was repaired the same day. Two lights not working in the bathroom. Staff friendly and helpful. Level of English good when required. Air conditioning excellent. Parking good. Free in the sun. We paid for underground secutr parking. Good breakfast buffet."

"The overall stay was good. The property is quite a way from the lake, so it is a significant cost for a taxi since there is no shuttle. The breakfast is an extra charge, I think around โฌ15 each, and it looked good. The room was clean. It is about 1 block to the bus stop. The staff was very helpful! The area was kind of run down, but seemed safe."
