The villa is beautiful and rather room we had was exceptional the owner was so helpful and really made the stay, breakfast was fab and the terrace fantastic

The property is reaslly nice with large spacious rooms. The hotel is located in a very peaceful remote location with stunning views. The pool was really nice, but could do with some heating and it would be nice if there was a small fitness centre on-site. There was a limited lunch menu based on being so remote. Dinner was great, but a very small restaurant. The couple managing the hotel were really friendly

It is a lovely place. The owner goes a long way to make you feel at home: the extra touch of the free drinks in the kitchen was particularly appreciated. I would definitely go back.

Really top class hotel. It’s part of Leading Hotels of the World group and it easily lives up to that standard. As with all the very best hotels, exceptional facilities are taken to another level by the quality of the people inside. Every single member of the team we encountered was amazing. Perfect in every way.

Location of this hotel is brilliant. Hotel has a contemporary feel and is kept clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. We reported a few things to reception and maid (hand soap dispenser wasn't working and our keycard didn't work for a short while) but both issues were dealt with promptly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers.

Amazing hotel and staff. This was by far the most special hotel we stayed in during our week travelling around Tuscany. The hotel is situated just outside Lucca and is beautifully maintained with lovely rooms and a truly beautiful garden with swimming pool. But what really sets this hotel apart are the owners and the staff, who can't do enough to help and are incredibly personable. The breakfast was also lovely with a beautiful area to sit and enjoy in the garden. Would highly recommend and will...

Clean and had everything in the room you could ask for . Very helpful with checking in and looking after bags after check out. Very approachable

Rooms clean, excellent showers. Air conditioning worked well in all the rooms, keeping a constant temperature. Swimming pool very useful. Had to use towels from room to go to pool 😟, unless you paid extra for replacements. All in all though great find, and location was perfect to head out to Pisa via the train.

Such a beautiful property and host. The building is spectacular and romantic. The garden breakfast setting is peaceful. Guilietta was incredibly helpful. Would love to return one day. Highly recommend if you’re in to romantic historic buildings and exceptional hosts.

Staff was accommodating and available. Communicated well beforehand. Check in and check out was a breeze. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast simple but fresh. Beautiful view. Room wasn’t fancy - towels were more like light blankets . Town was authentic. One restaurant open and it was delicious. It was just a short overnight stay but really enjoyed it!

The Bagni di Pisa is wonderfully relaxing. The spa treatments are exceptional. Not the best location for sight-seeing, unless you have a car. A day trip to Lucca is easy by train but get a ticket first or face €5 fine per person for €2.5 ticket. Connecting trains to Florence from Pisa are not too good especially on a Sunday.

Beautiful location. Super clean and new
