Fantastic hotel from start to finish .
Staff are friendly and very helpful, we got a room upgrade for daughters 18th and it certainly had the wow factor with eiffel tower view.
Rooms spacious for city rooms and absolutely spotless, fully equipped and nice bonus of complimentary mini bar and snacks topped up daily.
Rooftop bar has great views of the tower.
Has gym and sauna sadly did not use , but looked well kept.

We were very lucky and had a free room upgrade to a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. We have had many trips to Paris and I can honestly say this was the best room we have ever had. It was very spacious with everything you could want for a lovely stay.
It was unique in that not only could you see the tower from the bed but from the shower too. This must be the best room in the hotel.
The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpfule and I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff (especially Deky and Abdallah) were extremely helpful and friendly, particularly when they booked taxis and advised on local places to visit.
We travelled as a family and felt very well accommodated throughout our stay. The Classic Rooms are a nice size and gave us plenty of space. The Standard Rooms are smaller, so if you are travelling with children, you may find the Classic Room more comfortable.

We couldn't have asked for more from this hotel. Everything was great and then my 4year old started to feel unwell, he had a very high temperature. At about midnight I went downstairs to the front desk to ask about a nearby pharmacy to get some medicine. This is when our experience got to the standard I wouldn't even expect from the Dorchester in London. The front desk told me where the nearest pharmacy was that was open and how to get there. Not only that but they suggested they call a doctor...

I booked this hotel for my wife’s 50th birthday after looking at many different hotels...it was incredible. The decor, staff, location, room, facilities, breakfast and cocktails were far beyond what I’d hoped for. The rooms are soundproof and you literally can’t hear anything!
We have stayed in Paris many times but never the same hotel...this one is ours and we will fit our flights around their availability. Thank you Mihaela, Su and the team; you made a special event unforgettable.

So many Paris highlights around the corner.

The room servicing was top notch with them topping up the little extras such as water and coffee. Room had plenty of space and all staff were really friendly. We arrived a little early but this was no problem and we were able to check-in slightly ahead of time.
