The manager Jeremy is consistently visible, as well as personable, and sets a high bar for himself and the terrific staff. I neglected to keep the names of the hardworking staff members I encountered (Betty in the breakfast area comes to mind), but they are all clearly proud of their work and treat the guests in a valued fashion."

"I love this hotel and have stayed here several times before. On this particular visit, I unfortunately had some very loud neighbors who would not reduce the volume of their music and TV. They continued late into the night. I had an early flight and was not able to sleep. I felt I had no recourse after the hotel employee asked them to quiet down. Other than this experience, my stays at this hotel have all been excellent. "
