"Hotel was very clean. Staff was super nice. Fresh hot coffee and food available for early flight before breakfast set time. "

"I had a very frustrating experience during my stay. Upon arrival, I was assigned a handicapped-accessible room that I did not request. While I understand availability can vary, this was not communicated in advance. There were several maintenance and cleanliness concerns. The shower head was not functioning properly, and there was a vacuum attachment left beside the bed, which raised questions about the room’s preparation. The most disruptive issue occurred in the middle of the night when a light in the room began flashing. It woke me up and made it impossible to get back to sleep. With my daughter having an early game the next morning, we needed to be up at 6:00 a.m., so rest was important. When I contacted staff around 1:00 a.m., the suggested solution was to bring in a ladder and cover the light with duct tape. That was not a reasonable option at that hour, especially with a child asleep. As a result, we had to pack up and move rooms the next day which was a major inconvenience. Overall, this experience was disappointing due to the lack of preparation, maintenance issues, and the inconvenience caused during an already busy and important trip."

"The place was not busy but yet I was sent on the far back away from the pool and lobby. It was a process just to find water or a snack. My room felt scary, it had patched walls and old locks and doors and that 80s motel cigarette feel and I do not smoke so I do not have any idea if the room was smoking or not but it smelled but I had a early flight so I just kept it. The TV was old and cable really? The rest of the place was exceptionally nice from the lobby the marble feel hallways and the free buffet breakfast was excellent! Had a restaurant feel :) staff was exceptionally nice all of them :) The pool and plant area looked beautiful but they need to upgrade all the rooms!!!"

"We chose this hotel for our anniversary stay the appearance of the room was nice but when you got down to the cleanliness the comforter was white and had dirt rings around the comforter. The bathroom floor was dirty. There was no soap so we actually checked out early and left"

"We took our daughter to the zoo. This hotel was perfect for a weekend getaway from Chicago. The hotel is 5 minutes away from the zoo and 10 minutes from the mall a lot of nice restaurants to eat around. The pool was perfect"
