Got charged twice one from Expedia the other charged from the hotel. When we asked they said it for a room charge but they took the money from the Expedia. The night manager didn’t listen when we tried to talk about the charges he didn’t want to listen. Been to so many hotels through Expedia never experienced something like this. They don’t have elevator to go to our room with my 3 month baby we had to carry our bags up to our room when reached there our key card did not work so had to go down again with the baby. It was a crazy, disappointing and frustrating experience. Will not come there again.
