"Excellent"

"The room was spacious and fairly clean, I loved the view to the central garden, it didn’t have microwave, fridge or iron which was needed. I had booked a room for 3 but didn’t realize that I accidentally booked a king suite, so I requested to be moved to a room with 2 beds, and they accommodated without any issues. Upon check out they helped us calling a taxi to the airport. I loved the fact that there are a lot of restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops and attractions near by like the malecón and San Juan de Ulua. "

"I found a tampox right when I walk in the property. No restaurant open after 12. Bar close and is a fancy Bar. Oh well. Overall not coming back. Plus is expensive."

"Siempre ir a Mocambo es delicioso. Mi familia siempre que ibamos de vacaciones a Boca del Rio, Veracruz, nos hospedabamos ahi. Mis mas bonitos recuerdos familiares han sido ahi y no fue la excepción esta vez. Todo hermoso y a pesar de los años sigue bien cuidado. Nos volveremos a ver pronto! Gracias por sus atenciones."

"This is my favorite hotel in Veracruz because of the staff's attention; they always make you feel welcome. The free breakfast is delicious and a great plus to start the day. The rooms are kept very clean, and the staff is very efficient if you need anything extra. The location is perfect for those looking to be near shops, malls, and the boulevard for a walk. It is very easy to get around from here, whether on foot or by public transport/taxi. I will definitely keep coming back."
