"I didnt use the pool on this stay, so cant comment on that. Lady working desk around 9pm march 7th , was very nice. This stay after cruise was better then first stay last week. They had 4 bath towels on this stay and not only 1 like last week. I purposefully checked in after 9pm this time being they wouldn't let me cancel this stay a week ago i asked to cancel, they would not let me, so rather then get here at 3 for check in i got here when i was tired and just go to sleep to catch 8am flight out of Orlando Airport. "

"The room size was great and clean. The special amenities like free breakfast, transportation service to and from the MCO airport."

"Rooms where fine however hallways and general appearance is well used. A bit pricey for what is, close to airport though. Parking for your night stay is extra."

"The rooms smelled old and moldy. The airport shuttle does not actually take you to terminal C, drops you off at terminal B and the. You have to walk and take the shuttle. Would not stay here again!"

"Room had mold on the curtains. Tub drain clogged in shower. Was very noisy until 11pm at night due to hosting an event that we were unaware of prior to booking. None of it was anything to do with staff who were all friendly and accommodating. Woman at the counter offered us free breakfast. Beds very comfortable and convenient airport shuttle service."

"Really nice stay, I was expecting a standard airport hotel and was very pleasantly surprised. It was clean well run I thought the staff was uniformlyexcellent, including Miguel in the staff or breakfast kitchen area."

"Courteous shuttle driver, Oscar; friendly and quick check-in with Mike at the front desk. Good breakfast with a nice variety of hit and cold items. "

"I put them in my room was wonderful and I really appreciate the ADA accommodation. It made it much easier for me to move around the room and to take a nice shower. The breakfast this morning was really good and filling. My room was incredibly clean. The bed was very comfortable. I will be here again in a week and a half and looking forward to my return stay "
