"The staff at the Novotel Bengaluru was amazing! they were helpful and very aware as they serviced the various clients at the restaurant, the front desk and the terrace on the top of the hotel. They were so attentive and kind. Bhavna, Anshad , sweetie, Chanchal and Hari Om made our stay at the Novotel very pleasant and enjoyable. "I would not book this hotel again and will not recommend to my friends. They did not mention that they are painting the walls on my floor and the smell was coming inside the room. The housekeeping disturbs you even after saying u dont want to anything cleaned that day. They have checked my room without my permission when i was in office to check the Fridge. "
