"Receptionist was very helpful and pleasant and did provide a room with what I was asking for. The room was clean and spacious as per description. Good supply of hot water for bathing morning and evening. The matress was very old and no longer supportive as it may have been years ago when purchased and needed replaced a whole back. Pool area was nice though no shade at all and no umbrellas available so this limited the time one could spend by the pool which was one of the primary reasons to go...

"Rooms are well appointed but not kept clean. Maintenance is lacking. Found a cockroach running all around the room. Spa is in real bad maintenance and very very unclean. To be avoided completely. Unfortunately there are not many choices of good hotels in Hosur so this might still be the best bet."

"A lovely hotel in a great location. The room was large. The staff were fantastic. The neighborhood had a lovely charm thanks to mature trees lining the streets, and no high-rises. I will be back! "
