The hotel is just across Mestre station hence we booked our stay again at Hotel Plaza and booked the family suite type rm with 2 king size beds! Breakfast was awesome as there were a lot of choices but wishes they wpuld change a few items every 2 days. Taking the train frl.to Sta Lucia only costs 1.45 euros and worth it as i wpildnt want to carry our luggages.over the birdhe/streets/vaporetto when its 35 degrees. .

The building the hotel is in is a little old, but looks to be recently renovated. Some issues with our bathroom door, but overall a very comfortable stay.

The staff's response was terrible, especially when I was in a difficult situation. Their explanations were unclear, and their attitude was not suitable for dealing with guests.
