Need to improve a lot, the food is terrible, not coffe machine in the room, the coutins are a desaster, the decoration is terrible

They provided an inferior room where workers directly below our room ran carts back and forth from 5:00. AM everyday including Saturday waking us up. The carts where rolling over cobblestone making terrible noise. I am unsure if they gave us this room since we booked though Hotels.com. In any event I wouldn’t stay at this hotel.
