"Stayed at this hotel for 2 nites in early Oct '26. The hotel was pleasant with helpful staff. The room pretty small, same with the bathroom, but we got a decent nites sleep. Breakfast time slot has to be prearranged (it is small so timing keeps it from being overcrowded). Food selection there was OK. We did get a bottle Brut as a welcome gift and that was a nice perk. Bedding and linen were nice. We had an early checkout and they offered a prepared breakfast bag - that was a nice perk. As a side note the hotel is pretty close to the train station and that is a true plus (saw plenty of people dragging suitcases greater distances, ugh). And there are more than enough close restaurants & grocery stores to get you whatever is needed. Pedestrian traffic is excessive, but such is a tourist location like this one."

"The hotel is in a great location, right across the canal from the Guglie stop of the Alilaguna public water taxi. Just a short walk over the footbridge. We were an easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, and about a 20 minute walk to Saint Mark Square. The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. My only observation is that they weren’t that helpful recommending restaurants. Otherwise our stay was delightful. The breakfast, which was included, was top-notch. The hotel itself is grand and well worth it. I would definitely stay again."
