Most beautiful place! Stunning rooms, gorgeous pool. Lots of space and very few guests. Delicious food in their restaurant. Friendly helpful staff. Noto is close by and is a beautiful town. We had the best time ever here and cant wait to come back.

From the moment we buzzed reception to open the gates, we received such a warm, friendly and great welcome. The pool is gorgeous. The food is delicious. The entire staff team are outstanding. Plenty of places to chill and relax, or an easy drive to Noto, Siracusa and Ortegia. This bio agricultural homestead is truly a ‘home from home’. We can’t wait to return.

My girlfriend and I really loved staying here. We made use of the bikes to visit the nearby beaches and town! We loved that it was a less touristy but very friendly part of Sicily! Antonino and Flávio were really great hosts! Recommend you try ranch restaurant next door and try the local honey wine. Really great fish restaurants nearby. What a lovely trip Steve and Nat

Loved our stay at Villa Landolina. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Fabrizio gave us plenty of ideas where to visit and where to eat and Giuseppe even gave my husband a game of tennis on the court there. Very clean and a lovely atmosphere around the pool which a has a bar. Breakfast was excellent. Definitely recommend staying here.

This was a true boutique hotel right on the main strip in Noto. The small number of rooms meant that we felt really well looked-after. Both Fabio and Antonio and their team were wonderful, attentive and incredibly helpful. Special mention to Antonio for giving us 5* recommendations for dinner, often booking us a table himself! Beautiful hotel with great staff, Francesca was helpful and went beyond the usual customer service. The restaurant served delicious food with the same great service.

Right on the beech which is sandy and small . The staff are fab and it has a great well kept garden and jacuzzi. There are only six rooms so it is very personel and more like an upmarket B and B rather than a hotel. As it only has breakfast. Here's the problem. You need a car and driving in Scicily is nuts. The local restaurant s are at best average and not many. You need to spread your wings to find restaurants and watch out for opening times.

A great, cozy place. Extremely clean. Delicious and fresh continental breakfast. Staff (Valentino and Clara) are so so friendly and very accommodating, plenty of information was provided about what to do and where to go, which the area near this apartment has plenty. The beach umbrellas availability is a big plus. Definitely recommend and would definitely go back to stay again. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Location is off the beaten track but provides great views and a peaceful location. Lots of work had been done to create this place and we understand that lots more is in the pipeline which is great. Lovely welcome on arrival and very helpful and informative staff. If you have use of a car, then we found this was a great base for exploring the south eastern parts of Sicily.

Lovely little place in the heart of Noto. You need to have a car to get to the beach, I'm not sure if there's buses running. Parking is also very difficult, it took us an hour to park the car as both car parks full and no on street parking.

I cannot fault the venue or staff. Everything amazing. Hopefully will return!

Great renovated hotel in a small sleepy town of Avola with an easy access to free beaches, free street parking. Nice helpful hostess and her staff. Luxury rooms, good continental breakfast, quiet area for a very small price! I strongly recommend it. In case you drive a car and want to visit sights in neighboring Syracuse, do not fall for expensive options in Syracuse, stay in this hotel and simply drive very short distance to Syracuse and use historical area available parking and walk to all...

Everything during our short stay was extraordinary. Hard working staff , excellent breakfast and opulent and elegant suite. We will book again the same facility soon .

San Carlo suites is so beautiful THe attention to every detail in this hotel is amazing. I loved the room and the amenities and it is right on the main street in Noto (with the famous Cafe Sicilia right below). The staff are incredibly helpful and the breakfast is 10/10! It's lovely having the breakfast out on the balcony. The bathroom is stock with Oritigia products from Siciliy and everything in Noto is accessible by foot.
