"Had a jacuzzi tub, clean and worked great."

"Originally were put in a room without working air conditioning but we got a new room quickly and without issues. When we got the new room, there was garbage in the garbage can from a previous guest & garbage left on the couch. It was also a bummer that the indoor pool was not heated because it was absolutely freezing. The complimentary breakfast was great."

"We checked in at 7pm, left at 7:30 to go out, came back by 11 and noticed how bad the room was. Stains all over the couch, the actual bed had brown stains all over and crumbs. The pullout bed was disgusting. Red, and brown stains ALL over the bed, crumbs and little pieces of stuff all over the bed. It was absolutely disgusting. The room had a nasty smell. We checked out by 11:30. The front desk staff at check in was nice, but when we left at 11:30 it was a different staff member and she honestly didn’t seem surprised about the condition. She offered us another room but seeing the state of the room we had we couldn’t chance it. They gave us a refund for our room, after many phone calls and being told the manager wasn’t in until we got Expedia involved and the situation got fixed. I personally won’t stay again. "

"Room was clean, but the mattress need to be updated. I could feel the springs in the mattress while I was laying on it. Very spacious room. The room showed some signs of wear - one of the blinds was missing, there were big paint chips missing on the walls. It was clean, and the staff was VERY friendly! The pool was a plus, and a great way to spend the evening before heading to Splash Lagoon the next day."

"Great no frills property, that I have the opportunity to stay at frequently. Check in is effortless, with friendly staff & management. My room preference are superior kings, which are clean & spacious. There is ample free parking, on all sides of the property. Maintenance keeps the grounds, almost spotless of litter. All rooms are smoke free, however there is a designated, outside smoking area. Many rooms are pet friendly. Overall, another nice stay. Highly recommended "
