This was very difficult sleeping since the room would get up to 77 degrees at night even though we had the setting on Cool not HEAT. Staff was friendly but did not have suggestions for fixing the issue."

"Most of the staff were very nice and the condition of the property would have been excellent, if not for the nasty stained towels in the bathroom. I went to the front desk to get cups, as they were none in the room and to exchange a towel with big stains all over it. The front desk clerk appeared disbelieving, and a bit put out before giving me another folded towel and stating he would make a note for the general manager.When I unfolded the new towel in the room, it was also stained."
