"When I arrived the man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! Upon reaching my room there were 3 huge trash bags full of trash right as you get off the elevator for the 3rd floor and it stayed there for 4 hours. Once I got to the room I noticed a "old man" pair of huge wool socks in pile by the couch/wall right as you walk in the room, a pile of hair under the trash can, an ice bucket full of water, dirty side table and slight stains on the bedding...i dont feel confident our room was even cleaned. The pool room is heated but the pool itself was FREEZING , hair clumps everywhere in the water / floating mystery objects and on the gound...an ungodly amount of hair as well. I will also add customers slam the doors all night and kids running all night thru the halls. (I booked a double qeen suite with a pull out bed couch for 2 adults and 3 kids). Breakfast was amazing and there were lots of choices to pick from. I hardly ever write bad reviews but other than the man at the front desk the stay was terrible :(. I was visiting from NY. Would NOT recommend."

"Yes, the air-conditioning and heat were wonderful along with parking right in front of your room. A local casino, small one and bar with delicious food within a 30 second walk.... my dogs and I loved it here! Seriously could move in and stay forever. Thank you so much 💗 Kym Coffey "
