"Excellent hotel, would highly recommend a stay at Grand Hyatt. The hotel amenities were excellent. We enjoyed the dining options, the buffet breakfast had a wide variety of dishes which were all tasty and the restaurant staff were very attentive and friendly. We were well looked after and were sad to leave. "

"This is a nice hotel. I am giving a 4 star review because when I had requested to use the business center, the front desk just employee sent me to an upper floor without telling me where to go and without providing me the password for the computer in the business center."

"This is a great hotel if you want to stay close to Fort Kochi but away from the hustle and bustle. The breakfast was top notch and the swimming pool was delightful. The room is spacious with a heavenly shower. The hotel is connected to a mall. I had the most perfect stay. "
