"It was a little bumpy to start because ac does not operate the way we used to. We stay two nights with them and their staff was friendly. The lady checked us in even come up to help with our ac. Our room has a nice mattresses and has a nice ocean view. We moved to another ac hotel near cruise terminal last night and we regretted about it. The ac near the terminal has very old mattress. It has the worst mattress that we have ever seen with marriot. The ac hotel near cruise terminal has a motel 6 quality of the mattress. If we knew, we would choose to stay at this ac hotel. We"

"Loved the property. We were a bit unlucky as when arrived there had been a really bad rain storm so the lift was out of service and we didn’t get to use the rooftop area. it’s in the old part of Las Palmas "
