"Pool closed. Hottub closed. Hotel is complete renovation without making it known. Zero discounts. $25 parking added on. But the worst part was the complete ignorance from the front desk staff. I’ve been to countless hotels and the rudeness received from this place was the most unprofessional I’ve ever witnessed in years and years. Classless. Owner should be embarrassed "

"The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The continental breakfast was well stocked and have a good variety of items. The room was great - big HD smart TV, comfy bed and a big soaker tub. Our only issue is checking in, which is why it's a 4-star review and not a 5-star. We arrived at 10pm after a looong 12hr drive behind us, and our room wasn't ready. A staff member got it ready with a half hour, as there was no other rooms left, so we appreciated that. "
