Nice room. Clean. Staff were very nice and had a sense of humour so easy to build rapport. Only issue was a partially functional toilet that leaked and didn’t flush fully every time. We let the staff know as we left ( only there one night) and they said it would be addressed.

The breakfast buffet at Holiday Inn Kuala Lumpur was very enjoyable. There was a good variety of food, including both international and local Malaysian dishes. Location of the hotel is very convenient. It is close to major attractions, shopping areas, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to explore Kuala Lumpur.
