"Pleasant and attentive service from all staff (entrance and front desk, room cleaning, restaurant, etc.) made it a thoroughly enjoyable stay. We liked our previous stay (3 weeks prior to this one) so much that we chose to stay again here, prior to our return flight home. The buffet breakfast was a highlight and Chef Prasad and the entire team are the best there is. He made us feel very special and we will make this our base again in the future."

"The lifts were a bit smelly and the corridors reeked of cigarette smoke. The air in the room also felt stale and it seemed the windows had never ever been opened. I asked for another room but I was told that all rooms are the same, and there was no other room in the same price range.The photos advertised look much better than the actual hotel. You can hear the sound of construction going on nearby, but the room was pretty quiet. The glass door of the shower room only closed halfway, so the water always got got to thr dry area and the mirror, as a result, would turn misty. The breakfast was pretty good though and the cleaning staff does a good job. "

From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was truly exceptional. Every staff member I encountered was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, making me feel genuinely valued throughout my stay. The facilities at the hotel are excellent and cater to every need. I particularly appreciated having a well-equipped gym right on the premises – it was incredibly handy for maintaining my fitness routine. The in-room service options were fantastic, offering a great variety of dishes. I tried several items from the in-room dining menu, and without exception, each dish was delicious and prepared to perfection. However, the real highlight for me was the breakfast. The spread was truly awesome, boasting an impressive array of options to suit all tastes. From local delicacies to international favorites, everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It was the perfect start to each day. Overall, the Fairfield-Marriott exceeded my expectations. The combination of wonderful hospitality, excellent facilities, delicious food, and convenient amenities made for a truly pleasant and memorable experience.
