I planned on using The $25 VIP reward I was supposed to get on breakfast so I went to the restaurant at 8:50am and was told that they were going to stop serving breakfast at 9am “So sorry” but I could order room service. When I checked it out the elevated costs for that service was total BS. $12 for a cup of coffee???

We very much enjoyed our room. Hotel lobby was very inviting and light filled. Staff were great and helpful. Close to restaurants and shopping. A movie theatre was across the street and one block away was an IGA grocery store opened 24 hours a day that had anything you could want including hot meals. If travelling for medical reasons the Saint Paul's hospital was within walking distance.

Perfect location in downtown Vancouver. Close to shopping and restaurants. Clean and basic room. The gym was excellent. I love it! Food tasted so good! I have to call to f/u tho because it had been an hour late. Waffles already cold but still tasted so good. AC was not working. It was warm in the room. My room card wasn’t working for the pool so I have to ask the receptionist to give me a card that’ll work. Receptionist said that the gold card has an access to the pool and not the bue card. She gave me a gold card but when I entered the pool, there were so many people so I didn’t use it. When I went back to my room, the card didn’t work. Glad my husband was inside. If the pool is open for all the hotel guests, all hotel guests with room cards (blue and gold) should be able to enter the pool hassle free.

Grest location. Walkable to Robson, Granville and the Waterfront. Rooms and property were super comfortable and clean. Just a couple of cons - fridge occupied by paid items only. Would have been nice to have a fridge to put beverages and leftover food in. Tv also said it had Google Chromecast but didnt seem to exist or work in our roo.

I do like the Entrance of the Hotel. I didn’t like they only had one Restaurant/Lounge. The pool deck was dirty from outside shoes. Which shouldn’t be allowed. There were Ants around the Hot Tub.

Me and my friends were stuck in the parking garage elevator for 20 minutes. They sent security who then called the fire department to get us out. We were then met by the hotel manager who apologized and gave us a gracious gift card for dinner. I had already paid for the room via Expedia. They made a difficult situation tolerable. You can count on them.
