I do like the Entrance of the Hotel. I didn’t like they only had one Restaurant/Lounge. The pool deck was dirty from outside shoes. Which shouldn’t be allowed. There were Ants around the Hot Tub.

Me and my friends were stuck in the parking garage elevator for 20 minutes. They sent security who then called the fire department to get us out. We were then met by the hotel manager who apologized and gave us a gracious gift card for dinner. I had already paid for the room via Expedia. They made a difficult situation tolerable. You can count on them.

Nice property but some of the plug ins didn’t work properly. And the shower drain hasn’t draining that well.

We were expecting a better experience considering the high cost to stay here. The coffee maker in our room did not work so had to request a replacement. There is no fridge in the room for personal use. The only fridge that is in the room is one that is filled with their own beverages and if you remove any of it out of the fridge then you will be charged so we couldn’t even keep our own food and drinks cold. Then early on a Sunday morning we were awakened by the very loud sounds of construction in the room directly above us. With the loud and constant noise from construction, we couldn’t even hear the TV. Lastly, the elevators were out of service and we were on the 18th floor.

Stay had everything we wanted, great location, awesome rooms. It’s was quite busy at check in, a line of 8-10 guests. Would be nice if there was an electronic check-in option.

When we arrived there was a huge line up to check in, so we left for about an hour, then came back to find the line up was now out the door! Amazingly, the line moved along as the front desk staff was exceptional. The girl who helped us was polite, engaging and amusing and within minutes sent us to our rooms, a surprisingly enjoyable experience. 🌞

The Sutton Place Hotel is amazing. Very family friendly. The pool and hot tub are very clean and super fun! The Boulevard restauarant is Michelin recommended and certainly worth it! If you have a kid or just love ice cream, you must get the ice cream dessert. It's an experience! Will definitely be coming back.

The location was great. Regrettably, the A/C unit in our room produced such a loud rattle that we were compelled to relocate to another room. This proved to be quite inconvenient, as we had already unpacked and settled into bed for the night. Despite our attempts to address the issue, the response from the staff was lacking. Although we were made aware that there were alternate rooms available, our request for an equal or greater room change was not accommodated adequately, resulting in a downgrade to a smaller room, and we are a family of four. This falls short of expected standards, particularly given the premium rates we had paid in advance. Considering these factors, I can only recommend this establishment solely for its location. However, for future visits to Vancouver, we will be exploring alternative lodging options.

Fantastic hotel - very helpful staff & breakfast at the hotel was excellent. My only issue was with access to the swimming pool & changing rooms. Pool itself was nice & much appreciated after a long day of travel.

Situated very close to transit, shopping and dining options. We really enjoyed the steam room. The view from our suite was spectacular. It would have been nice if the pool & hot tub opened up longer than 10pm. Checking in could have been a smoother process. Overall, very nice hotel and we would definitely come back & stay here.

I love staying at this property, not just because it is convenient for work, but because the staff always remember me, even if 6 months passes between visits. Kuldeep Kaur has been working the front desk since I first stayed at this location. Kuldeep is friendly, approachable and amazing with her customer service. She always has a smile and a warm greeting each morning. I have stayed in many hotels for work, but I must say that the level of service I receive from Kuldeep is unsurpassed. She has always put me, as the guest, first. She is a definite positive for this location. I could stay at a higher level hotel for my work visits, but the customer service I receive at this hotel makes me come back over and over. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable.

The window was a little dusty around the nooks and crannies. There was no lotion and we had to ask for it. I love how we have an umbrella provided in our room though! And how nice the bathroom is!

I’ve stayed here 3 times now, every time the staff has been wonderful and courteous to us. Our most recent visit, the rain was pouring and they were very kind in letting us check in early to get dry. Couldn’t have better things to say!

Always love this hotel. Location is great, staff is nice and very helpful. The lounge and restaurant on site were closed for refurbishment but the concierge made a lot of excellent close by suggestions.
