I had such a beautiful stay at AnYang while in Vancouver visiting my daughter (@Simon Fraser-about a 25 minute drive). It was quiet, clean and in a great neighborhood. Our hosts were simply lovely. Easy check in and check out. Highly recommend.

The property is a nice house with good room. The price is good value for money. The TV was not working though and still not working when I depart. The house keeper left her guests alone. It is ok but it would be nice if she could ask if we want to change towels and clean waste basket.

Stayed for 3 weeks. Very friendly and nice owners. Convenient location for Metrotown shopping centre and public transit. Did not need to use our car much and parking was adequate

Bathroom, Mrs. Yang's friendliness.
I found the bathtub a bit slippery when taking a shower. I would advise purchase of either a bathtub mat or non-slip appliques. There was also no bathtub plug. On days that I walked too much, I wanted to take a soak in the tub. I ended up purchasing a plug from Dollarama and left it there. Since I stayed more than 3 days, I thought that a small garbage can in the bedroom in addition to the one in the bathroom would have been nice. I did take some garbage down to the kitchen from my take out containers. Mrs. Yang was very friendly and even gave me Asian apple pears from her back yard and a paring knife to peel them with. Also since it had been several years since I spoke Mandarin, I'm very appreciative to get in some practice, otherwise I'd be forgetting more and more. I should have gotten up earlier to go out to the back yard to practice some tai chi, when it wasn't raining. Perhaps if I stay there again.

This is a good place to stay. Property owner is nice and friendly. Guests were quiet and property is very safe. I didn’t hear noise from other guests. Entrance door was close to my bedroom but I never noticed people going in or out. Bathroom was large. It could have been a littler cleaner to make the whole stay more pleasant.

The host is very helpful and responsive. Clean and quiet house. Super fast WiFi broadband for remote WFH. Walking distance to Walmart/Supermarket/Mall/Food court. Less than 1.5km to Metrotown Skytrain station. Will visit again in the future.

Lovely stay, the neighbourhood is very safe and quiet. We felt very comfortable here and the room/bathroom was great. No complaints at all, would happily stay here again and would recommend to anyone. Extremely reasonable for the price compared to hotels in Vancouver. Overall this was a perfect stay, thank you very much for being so accommodating and lovely!

Great location, close to mall and skytrain, nice building. Hosts very responsive to messages, and is proactive with them. Would have liked a larger garbage in-room. Couldn't hear people in adjacent room.

Anna, the owner is very nice and accomodating. I Love that it’s only 10mins walk to the Shopping mall and Skytrain station. Also it’s very Safe in the area, i just wish my room have air conditioned as it’s summer,and my son don’t like the heat. but in Spring,Fall or winter it should be fine.But overall it’s excellent. Will come back and stay to this house on my next trip to Vancouver

just 10 minutes walk from Metrotown station. Walmart and Shopping center Metropolis are nearby within walking distance. The hostess is very kind and nice. Everything was perfect except for one defect which is the bad soundproof effect of the wall. The room I stayed is on the ground floor. sometimes I can hear coughing next door or noise from upstairs.

The Metrotown Mall is a mere 10 min walk form this property and there you are spoilt for choice on shopping and dining options. Walmart, BestBuy, etc are all within 10 min walk. An is a cordial person and the property is quite good

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at An Yang. Anna was very welcoming and friendly. The basics were excellent, comfortable bed and hot shower. We had a kettle but could have used a couple of mugs to make tea. Also would have been nice to have another chair to sit on. It was fine for what we needed as we spent most of our time away from the room. We would go back again.
