The area is not the best , it’s the older part of Vancouver. A lot of homeless in the area. Keefer House
Liked the modern appliances and cleanliness of the room. Staff were very good too. Didn’t like the noise from the vent in the bedroom, excessive when the restroom fan was switched on. Pity, otherwise a great place to stay.
