"The property is lovely and quiet and safe. The staff was very homely. We had a 2 years baby with us, and they served us hot milk and water till late night.. loved the aura of the place.. highly recommended it.
Also, every touristy place is max 30 mins away."
"Stay was peaceful. However, the food price, mainly the buffet lunch/ dinner is costing Rs. 2.5K per person. Any the hotel charges extra for room service (30% of the food order), which we felt was unfair."
"Amazing. Calm and serene feeling. Loved the stay. Let’s you disconnect completely and embrace nature.
But there’s limited to no internet in the facility and only a common television. So for those who come here expecting tv and WiFi will be in for a surprise. "
"The approach road is really bad and the rooms have asbestos sheets as roofs so if it rains, you can hear the water dripping all night. The food is really good and tastes homely."

"Room: I stayed in Rustic Lux room on top foor. it has good view of tree and the whole resort from top. has great balcony to enjoy. room size is adequate. fridge is there and ample space for luggage
Resturant/Food: We opted for Breakfast and Dinner to be included in our package. They have good spread of veg and non veg. Desserts are great. Buffet Food is generally on less spicy side. In lunch, we order ala carte and it's taste is better than buffet.
service: It is a bit slow as compared to other good hotels in Bangalore but considering the hotel is situated in sakleshpur, it is not bad
Amenities: Resort has lot of amenities and specifily for kids. it has a water part, duck and fish feeding twice in a day, indoor games like foosball, TT. it has bycycle. swimming pool etc."
"Our stay at Coorg Marriott wasn’t just about luxury—it was about feeling genuinely cared for. The staff were incredible—warm, approachable, and always ready with a smile. It’s rare to find such sincere hospitality, and they truly made me feel at home.

"If you've had your fill of manicured gardens and fake waterbodies, time to step out to Aavarana for an authentic tryst with nature in its raw beauty. Backed by customer friendly service, simple home cooked food and accompanied by great natural vistas. But be aware - the access isn't as friendly. The internet is patchy and there's no TV. On the other hand, this could be the perfect detox for our digital weary minds."
"Amazing property , really great service . We had a great time , the waterfalls and the landscape was simply mesmerizing . I had taken the meals package and the spread is mind blowing .
Only one small issue we faced was that there was frequent power switches which might be a little irritating especially if you are watching something on TV. Also Monsoon , while the property looks amazing .. not much activities to do due to the rain."
"Heritage Resort Coorg is a stunner of a property in terms of location and beauty. It is lush green with beautifully maintained outdoors and gardens. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. I must particularly compliment the staff for their helpfulness, politeness and courtesy. The view from the room is memorable and the monsoons added to the charm. "
"AC and WiFi connection was not working during check-In.
AC got repaired by Evening and got Wi-Fi comnection next day morning.
Property is in good condition and swimming pool is also maintained."
