"Check in process was quick & easy and staff was very friendly and informative. Lobby was very inviting. We stayed on the 4th floor. Views out the window were awesome! There was even a telescope at the large window so you could see out to the river and look at the fall foliage. Our room was very clean and was as expected. I didn’t feel it was outdated, as other reviews suggested. The grounds are beautiful. Hotel is nice and secluded but a short drive to many local events. "

"I really enjoyed this hotel. I intentionally chose it because it has a heated pool, a hot tub, and is conveniently close to American Dream. Check-in included warm cookies, which were a great touch. The room was a nice size and very clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. My only critique is the restaurant’s design—it felt dated and could use a renovation—but the restaurant staff themselves were wonderful. We will stay here again next time we go to American Dream. "

"I was a bit hesitant after reading some reviews but my room was very clean. Hallways and public spaces were all clean and well lit. Parking with multiple entrances provides easy access but only one elevator at one end of a very long hallway. Comfortable bed and no feather pillows which I very much appreciate. Quiet surroundings and pleasant staff. "

"I had a very good experience to stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Tarrytown Westchester County. When I left I forgot my Kindle in the room. I called the front desk to look for help, Mae and Matt Beach gave me a huge help. They are so nice and following call me or email me back to update the information everyday until they shipped the Kindle to me. I am moved by their kindness, many thanks! This hotel will be my priority choose when we come to NY. "

It's very clean, modern, quiet, with great service--during a recent four-night stay, my room was tidied up every day--and a notably friendly staff. An excellent value! AND it's got super-easy access to the NY State Thruway, and local routes 9W, 303, and 59. This is my go-to hotel in Rockland County."

"I’d never traveled to NY and had traveled all the way from the city. The drive was rude and it triggered my asthma. The lady at the front desk was very kind concerned, offered me water, was able to get me in my rm right away so that I could rest. Beds were very comfortable it was clean quiet and affordable. I’m a woman and was traveling alone I felt extremely safe. I appreciate the kind staff so much and when I visit this will be my go to. "
