Everything was clean and comfortable. The most amazing part of my stay was the staff, who were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. It was my first solo trip, and I really enjoyed my experience. I would definitely recommend staying here!

I have stayed here many times, its off the beaten track on a working farm. I like that it is secluded, peaceful. You’ll need your own transportation. Staff are friendly and so accommodating. Various breakfast options hot and cold.

Fantastic smart hotel. We stayed in one of the royal spa rooms which we did pay quite a bit more for but we were delighted with it. We had a steam room and a whirlpool bath for two (note the bath isnt designed to be hot like a jacuizzi). Very comfortable massive bed, separate lounge area. The buffet breakfast was extensive. Friendly staff, quiet surroundings & just 10 mins walk from the lakeside & restaurants.

I love this hotel, its tucked up a little side street minites from the lakeside. The Piazza and shops are all close by. Our room was clean and quiet with everything you need. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. The staff are great. Alway a smile. If you get the chance eat at the trattoria attached, the food is gorgeous and Andy made the whole experience brilliant.

We love this hotel so much, Its classy, the rooms are modern, fresh and relaxing. The staff in the hotel are there to make your stay the best possible. The grounds are stunning and make great eye candy!
The Location is convenient for exploring the lakes and so much more....
Breakfast is fresh and lots of choice with the option to sit inside or out. The spa is a real treat and in with the best that we have ever used in a hotel.

Great hotel! clean room and helpful staff. also 20 min walk to town center but sound was an issue in the rooms as you could hear the room next door or people walking down the corridor. another plus was the supermarket downstairs was very handy

We loved it here, it was the perfect spot to see the views and get a real feel for Italy.
The hotel staff were lovely and friendly, they even rescued us when our car battery was flat after we'd left our lights on by accident! The square is noisy from around 8am with the general life and town clock if you have an overlooking room like ours, but we were up early to go walking every day so this wasn't a problem for us.
We're already looking at returning next year to do more walking and...
