"The room was clean and very close to the major sites to see in Verona. The breakfast basket was a nice touch with yummy jam. The downsides of our stay was that the room was very warm and we weren't allowed to change the settings on the AC. We had access to a parking pass, but we weren't told about the construction happening the morning after our stay and got a ticket despite parking in the right area. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They allowed us to extend check out time and we left the luggage with reception. Great location, close to everything! Complimentary breakfast was awesome! Definitely recommend to other travelers!"
