"Absolute amazing experience. We held our civil wedding there and we could not be more happier. The support from the staff from the reception desk to the wedding co-ordinators Pauline and Janki to the Bar and Restaurant staff was nothing short of incredible. 5 Star Experience in my opinion. We had the Banqueting Menu for our Rehearsal Dinner and every single spoonful of each dish from the starters to the finish course was delectable, delightful and tasty. Our guests were thoroughly and completely satisfied. We stayed there for 1 night and the rooms were clean and none of our guests reported any issues. Thank you again to all the team at Novotel Manchester West who made our whole entire stay magnificent "

"Spacious room with friendly staff "

"It was a lovely stay. The area is quiet and close (5-10 minutes walk) to Brooklands tram stop and a few minutes walk from shops and cafes. The area is also safe at night. The hotel owner/manager/staff are extremely friendly and kind and generous. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The shower was good and spacious. The toilet was a little cramped between the wall and the shower but otherwise the bathroom was fine. The room heating worked well. The room was cozy with carpeting and a rug. The mattress was comfortable. The TV was easy to use. There were two comfortable chairs in front of the TV and I had coffee, tea and a kettle in the room. Overall, I was very happy with the stay, the cleanliness and the service. "

"I had at this modern detached bungalow. The accommodation was clean tidy, and had everything you needed for a relaxing stay. There is a lovely village a short walk away, and there is lots to do in the surrounding area. "
